You can postpone her school entry until 2013, but she would be put in Senior Kindergarten, since students are placed in programs based on their age.  This should not be a big issue.  Most schools mix their junior and senior kindergarten students together, so she will be in a class with students in both grades.  It is pretty seamless, and there isn’t usually a lot of distinction made between the junior and senior kindergarten programs.
