The Honourable Justice Brian M. Scully

According to Justice Brian M. Scully, “My three children, my wife and I have benefitted greatly from the public education system. I believe that a strong public system is vital for our collective good, and People for Education strives to keep that system strong.”

Justice Brian M. Scully joined People for Education’s Board of Directors in 2007. He has over 30 years of experience practising criminal and family law, with a focus on the representation of children and youth. Since 2003, Justice Scully has served on the Ontario Court of Justice. He is also currently on the Advisory Council of the York Centre for Education and Community at York University.
